3/4cupyellow mustard
1/4cuphoney
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/3cupapple cider vinegar
1tbspketchup
2tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspground black pepper
1/4tspchipotle chili powder
1/2tsphot sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a metal mixing bowl.(Seriously, skip the plastic here. Mustard will stain.)
Step 2: Whisk everything together until it’s smooth and combined.The vinegar smell will be strong at first — that mellows as it sits.
Step 3: Pour into a reusable sauce bottle. A funnel makes this step easier and less messy.
Step 4: Store in the fridge for up to 3 months. The flavor deepens after a day or two.

Shake before each use, since natural separation is normal.Extra Tips
Storage: Lasts up to 3 months in the fridge. Not suitable for freezing.
