Bubbles & Blooms: A Dreamy Senior Session in the Flower Garden

Iโll admit, I was a little nervous about Ryleyโs senior session! Just the day before, it had been storming nonstop, and it didnโt look like the weather was going to cooperate! When we arrived, things were a bit wet and damp, but sometimes those unexpected conditions create the most magical moments.

Despite the drizzle, we were able to capture some absolutely gorgeous photos, full of personality and joy. Ryleyโs energy and patience made the session so much fun, and I couldnโt be happier with how these images turned out!

Ryley kicked off her session in a casual black two-piece outfit that perfectly matched her laid-back, confident vibe. After getting some fun, relaxed shots, she changed into a stunning silver and black dress that added a touch of elegance and glamour, perfect for those fancy, dramatic shots that make a senior session feel extra special.

We wrapped things up with her cozy, adorable sweater and jeans, giving us some warm, approachable, everyday images that really capture her personality. I loved seeing her transition through each outfit and styleโit made the session feel like a little journey, showcasing every side of her!

Ryley decided to take a gap year after high school to travel a bit and I think that is a wonderful idea! She is so spunky and full of personality she’ll have an amazing time traveling the world!
In the meantime let me show y’all some of the stunning images we got of her:

For Photographers
Photographers often ask me what gear I rely on, and one of my must-haves is my reflector (especially when shooting in grassy areas). The green from the grass can bounce onto your clientsโ skin and affect your color balance, but using a reflector helps control that light and ensures your subjects look their best. Itโs simple, affordable, and a game-changer for clean, professional results.
Another essential tip: always bring a backpack or camera bag to carry your camera and lenses. Having a dedicated bag keeps your gear organized, protected, and easily accessible, which makes a huge difference when moving between locations or managing multiple lenses. Trust me, a good bag is as important as the gear inside it!
